Samprati Properties is a premium real estate platform that showcases top-tier residential and commercial properties. The website offers rich property listings, investment guidance, and consultation services, built to provide a seamless and engaging user experience for buyers and investors.
Technical Contribution & Tools Used:
- Developed using WordPress CMS with custom themes and plugins
- Built a responsive front-end UI/UX using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap
- Integrated Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for dynamic content and property features
- Enhanced property search functionality using Ajax filters and custom taxonomies
- Optimized for SEO using Yoast SEO Plugin
- Connected lead forms via Contact Form 7 and Google reCAPTCHA
- Set up MySQL database configurations and optimized query performance
- Ensured fast load times and mobile responsiveness
- Used Git for version control and managed deployments on staging and production environments
- Ensured cross-browser compatibility and adherence to QA testing
- Participated in daily Agile Scrum meetings and client calls for regular updates
